    I generally enjoy coldstone. The aggressive attempt at up selling at this location was off putting. That cost a star. Otherwise fine.

    Some of the best ice cream in CA! Deliciousness. If you don't want to wait in line just grab some prepackaged and some cones and go to the front of the line. Boom! You're outta there. We were about 15 down in line but only waited max 10 minutes. These folks work super fast but somehow don't give you a hard time for wanting to try some flavors. Love this place.

    It's chilly today and still a line. Ice cream is excellent. I love the salted caramel. One of the best I've ever had. They cooked that caramel perfectly. Staff was nice.

    They break A LOT of health code violations. They don’t wash their hands after being on their phones and using cleaning rags before touching the ice cream. They don’t wear gloves when scooping ice cream (I’ve worked at an ice cream location before and it’s health code to wear gloves when handling). I’ve seen employees leave cleaning solutions on the table area where the ice cream is mixed and they did not wipe it down before placing ice cream on it. Then I’ve seen employees ignore customers allergy information and cross contaminate the food. The lady made it clear she’s allergic to one of the flavors they just put on one of their prep boards. They didn’t clean the board or anything. And continued to place her ice cream on it, when she brought this to their attention they gave her attitude. Completely unprofessional. On top of that, the way Lydia or whatever the heck her name is, treats her employees is just plain rude. I can see why there’s always a low staff or new employees. She comes off as just another attitude filled millennial trying to run a business.
